You can request a slot through the quote form above, or message us directly on WhatsApp. We offer a collect-and-return service across the local area, so we can pick your bike up from your door. If you prefer, you can also drop it at the workshop by prior arrangement.
Most standard services are turned around within 48 hours of collection. More involved rebuilds or jobs requiring specialist parts can take a little longer — we will always confirm a realistic timeframe before starting work.
Yes. All labour and fitted parts are covered by a 30-day warranty against faults arising from the work carried out or the components supplied. If something does not feel right after a service, just get in touch and we will sort it.
We cover Bexley, Bexleyheath, Welling, Sidcup, Dartford and surrounding areas. Collection further afield may be possible by arrangement — just ask when you book.
Not necessarily. If you have any specific concerns, a previous service history, or parts you would like fitted, bring them along. For e-bikes, please include the charger where possible.
